Update on our ESG targets

Last year we committed to some (rightly) challenging ESG targets and also to updating on our progress at least six-monthly.  Today we’re publishing our latest stats, which see improvements in some areas, and slower progress in others.

Doing the right thing – both in terms of our long-term business objectives as well as ethically – is never the easiest choice when faced with short-term pressures.  But it’s the right one. And we stay committed to these targets.

Targets, of course, are meaningless unless underpinned by something solid. Not standalone ‘initiatives’ or ‘programmes’ but genuine purpose and values that lead to betterment. Our entire business is geared towards this.

Which is why we’re proud today to also hear that we’ve been shortlisted in PR Week’s Best Place to Work Awards, in 3 categories:

  • Best Internship Scheme

  • Mental Health Champion

  • Best Small Agency

It’s a journey. And we’ll never stop assessing, or pushing to be better. But it’s great to be recognised for the steps we’re taking.
