Headhunting and consultancy​

We operate an integrated recruitment business, headed up by head-hunter Jenny Pape, who has over 20 year’s experience in recruiting for communications and advisory businesses. We can help with headhunting – finding the right communications or sustainability expert for your business – through to more in-depth recruitment consultancy, including working with you post-hire to help embed the role within the business.  This can involve training, supporting the new hire to write a relevant employee engagement plan or developing a robust onboarding programme between yourself and the employee to better set them up for success.
