Work: sustainability reporting for Testa Homes

May 29, 2025

We’re proud to have worked with Testa Homes, a Blackstone business, on its inaugural ESG Report. The website is here. And the report itself can be read here.

Months and months in the making, and it’s great to see this piece of work now make its way into the world. As with any good sustainability report, it’s an example of the kind of data-driven, rigorous sustainability advisory work that is too often left ‘behind the scenes’. A lot of hard work goes into it, a tonne of commitment to betterment from the client, real rigour on the data collection and the disclosure, and all of it in service of transparency. In a world where so much of what we see and read cannot be trusted anymore, statutory and voluntary reporting, underpinned by data and hard metrics, plays an ever more vital role in demonstrating and proving integrity and purpose.

We supported the project end-to-end, crafting a clear and credible report narrative and theme (in this case ‘Juntos’, the Spanish word meaning together, to highlight the business’s commitment to collaboration), providing advisory  to support alignment with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and partnering closely with the client to shape the story behind the data – making sure it was not only robust, but also resonant.

We also developed the report copy – balancing technical depth with accessibility – and collaborated with our brilliant design partner, Friend Studio, who helped bring the story to life visually.

It’s projects like this that remind us why sustainability reporting matters: it’s not just about compliance, it’s about clarity, accountability, and progress.
