Influencers and an “Oatly on the rocks” pop-up at London Coffee Festival
The annual London Coffee Festival saw thousands of enthusiasts descend on Shoreditch to sample every coffee and coffee cocktail on offer.
Oatly’s pop-up café and bar, “Oatly on the Rocks”, was high on every visitors list, serving a lineup of new signature iced drinks like the Coconut Matcha Cloud, the controversial Tea x Coffee Latte, the Ube Matcha Latte, and the Cherry Bakewell Dirty Soda – all on the rocks, of course. At the heart of the pop-up was the Oatly Lookbook for Spring/Summer 2025, featuring 18 creative recipes from Tomato Vine Soda Floats to Horchata Lattes, with all the how-tos to try them at home. By the end of the weekend-long festival, over 3,700 visitors had passed through Oatly’s popup – fuelled by a few viral TikToks and Oatly’s rock-solid reputation with the coffee community.
Blurred brought together more than 30 influencers for exclusive events at the pop up, kicking off with the buzzing launch party, sound-tracked by Jumbi and featuring drinks such as the Miso Banana Cubano Blanco.
On Friday, Oatly’s Rowena Roos led a hands-on masterclass where our guests learned to make some of the Lookbook’s more elaborate creations themselves. That weekend, two intimate lunch clubs gathered influencers and media for a three-course plant-based meal by Aguita Sala, with each dish paired to a different Oatly drink; the Maple Miso Latte in particular drew rave reviews.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and only reinforced Oatly’s reputation for throwing the best events in the plant-based world, with many guests (including the Blurred team) eager to recreate their favourite drinks at home.
