Rachel Minty joins Blurred as Consulting Director

BLURRED FURTHER BOLSTERS SENIOR TEAM WITH RACHEL MINTY HIRE

Today Blurred has made a further senior hire, with Rachel Minty joining the team. She joins from Golin where she held the title of Executive Director.

Rachel has joined Blurred as a Consulting Director and will assume the role of client partner on a major FMCG client, overseeing purpose, sustainability and social mission work. She’ll also play a key management role, utilising her skills to take responsibility for team development.

With a career spanning over fifteen years, at agencies including Golin and freuds, Rachel has experience of delivering strategic counsel and reputation management for clients across multiple sectors.

Katy Stolliday, Founding Partner of Blurred says, “I had a gut feeling as soon as I met Rachel that she would be perfect for us. Her experience of working with complex businesses and brands is spot on for what we were looking for and her impassioned desire for meaningful consulting and communications was strongly aligned with our purpose of delivering depth. That, added with the raft of positive accolades from anyone who has ever worked with her, sealed the deal.”

Rachel Minty says “In such a short period of time Blurred has garnered a fantastic reputation and a stellar client list. It was this, along with the company’s unique vision and values which attracted me to this opportunity. I’m excited to be part of the next step in Blurred’s evolution, working alongside an inspiring group of people doing transformative work with real depth and impact.”

Earlier this month, Blurred announced that communications stalwart and ESG expert Matt Peacock had joined Blurred as a Partner. Rachel joins Consulting Directors Jenna Gifford and Sinead Scott-Lennon, who have been with Blurred since 2019.
