We operate an integrated communications recruitment business, headed up by experienced headhunter Jenny Pape. We can help with headhunting – finding the right sustainability or communication expert for your business – through to more in-depth recruitment consultancy, including working with you post-hire to help make the person a success. This typically involves relevant ESGP training, helping the new hire write a relevant employee engagement plan. ​
